Payment:

• I do accept PayPal and major credit cards on my website.

• You can pay by credit cards without PayPal account.

• All payment transactions are protected by PayPal.

• I do not accept any personal Checks or money orders.

• It will take longer to process on shipping if you pay by Echeck from PayPal.



Shipping / Shipment:

• All items are thoroughly inspected and carefully packed prior to shipping and include a tracking number which will be e-mailed to you.

• I will not reimburse or replace items that were physically damaged during shipping.

• It is therefore, highly recommended that you purchase shipping insurance at the time of item purchase.

• All orders are ship in the U.S. Only.

• I do not accept international shipping and orders.

• Item will ship out with in 2 – 4 business days after payment is completed.

• All orders will ship out by US post office on first-class mail.

• You can track your order on usps.com with your tracking number.

• Items will ship to the address provided by PayPal.

• No local pick-up services provided.



Return Policy:

• Please e-mail me before you returned items.

• Seven days of the date that you received the item for return.

• If an item is damaged during delivery, you must contact me immediately.

• You have three days from the date that the tracking number shows you received the order to notify me of any damaged items in the order.

• I will refund your money for the damaged item if you purchased shipping insurance for the original order and if you return the damaged item within seven days of the date that you received the damaged item.

• To receive a refund for orders lost in the mail, you must have purchased shipping insurance on the order and you must file a claim with the Post Office for reimbursement through the shipping insurance.

• If you did not purchase shipping insurance on the order, then you will not qualify for a refund.

• Please allow a reasonable amount of time for any missing orders to arrive in the mail prior to filing your claim with the Post Office.

• All returned items should include a tracking number.

• Items must be returned in either the original shipping box that they were received in or equivalent appropriate and safe packaging.

• I am not responsible for items lost in the mail that were returned without a tracking number.

• All received returned items will be given a full refund of the purchase price and the original shipping and handling paid at the time of item purchase.

• You will receive refund from PayPal by me.

• Transaction ID number will be e-mail to you for your refund.

• You can check your refund detail by transaction ID number on PayPal.

• I will not refund any additional moneys and will not be responsible for lost returns shipped without a tracking number.

• All items are purchased from wholesale venders and are represented to the best of my knowledge and are exactly as sold to me.

• All jewelry items, unless otherwise specifically stated in the listing, are electro plated and all gemstones are synthetic.

• The jewelry items are high quality costume jewelry, unless otherwise specifically stated.

• Optional shipping insurance $2 is recommended.
